Popdance is a relaxed, fun, entertaining class for adults who want to learn dance routines to Pop music (and we also get some exercise without realising it!). Ranging from Kylie to Footloose, from Girls Aloud to Michael Jackson, there is something for everyone.
The first half of our class consists of warm up routines to various tracks and the second half builds on a dance routine over 4 weeks to give everyone the chance to learn it before changing to a new one. It is great fun and gives us the escape from our demanding lifestyles and demanding children. Not just for mums, people of all ages (over 18s) come to our classes and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
SEE YOU THERE! Any questions feel free to email amy: rennie.amy@googlemail.com OR email popdance:info@popdance.co.uk
Or you can phone us on 0844 4829 706 xxx
